Highly structured and substantial as only Ann Lawrence and Martha would have it. Black velvet and burnout. Bodice is cut in a bra style with a bit of a shelf bust. The inner portion is constructed of velvet and is boned and fitted. The outer layer is a ruffled accent. Strapless. Back zipper. The skirt begins at the empire and is cut and pleated all around to shape the torso. Pleats
