Moritz Kissinger "Winzersekt" No. 4Moritz is a fourth generation winemaker based in the Rheinhessen region of Germany. He is only the second generation to bottle his own wines after his father. He farms about 2 hectares out of 14 on the familys estate. His style takes a lot of inspiration from Champagne, Jura, and Burgundy which should give you an insight to why his wines taste and feel like they do.
