1990's Bill Lawrence Flying V (Takehiko Kogure Model)

1990's Bill Lawrence Flying V (Takehiko Kogure Model)Seemingly made in Japan for Bill Lawrence in the 1990's, this sparkly thing was apparently an artist model inspired by Japanese guitarist Takehiko Kogure. Solid body bolted to a nice slim maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length), it weighs just over 3kg's. This one's got an aftermarket set of Gotoh humbuckers installed and some replacement knobs otherwise it looks to be all original. Very clean overall condition as pictured,

A small amount of the Fotoflame on the back of the headstock was clamped and reglued so it's stable

Good used condition for a 30+ year old guitar

These are loaded with two in-house made Schecter HS pickups (The Monster Tone J and the Super Rock J) with on-off sliders and a coil split for the humbucker along with master volume and tone controls

Truss works well and the frets are shiny with some pitting but plenty of life

there's plenty of life left in the frets and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss rod
