Mackmyra Svensk Ek Swedish Single Malt WhiskySvensk Ek is a rare gem when it comes to character. The powerful Swedish oak casks and all natural Swedish ingredients bring notes of dried ginger, sweet caramel and spicy oak. Its quite a character Never before had one matured whisky in virgin Swedish Oak casks. The result was a whisky full of flavour, yet subtle. The cell structure and shape of lactones in Swedish oak differs compared to American oak and is the reason behind its unique character.
