The fruit is sourced from vines averaging 90 years of age

depth and complexity – and reflects the wild ferment technique

All grapes are handpicked and fermented by indigenous yeasts

Promis represents the combination of grapes from Gaja’s two Tuscan estates – Merlot and Syrah from Ca’Marcanda and Sangiovese from Pieve Santa Restituta

It is a single vineyard parcel grown on terra rossa soil from vines planted in 1960
