Alicante Nero is actually a local subvariant of Grenache
they decided to have a hand at crushing grapes to make wine
since with zero sulfur added it gets funkier the longer it's open
It has three days of maceration on the skins
A nice mix of fresh
They both have impressive wine resumés to boot
The 'Dinamica' is 80% Bical
Their farming was certified organic in 1989 and were certified biodynamic by Demeter in 2021
We released a small 600 liter cuvée of very dense Chardonnay from 2016
His beautiful garden-like vineyards are way up in the mountains on brown schist
