ReleaseMelissa is a Gold Coast based artist who has been painting and drawing from a young age. She went on to study graphic design and digital art, specialising in mixed media. Melissa is a survivor of domestic violence and a support to her son, who has survived self harm and suicide attempts. These factors, paired with the unexpected loss of a family member, led Melissa to develop her 'Breath of Choice' painting series. Nowadays, Melissa carves out
